1. Who processes the data

Only what you submit through the contact form yourself:

• name;
• company name (optional);
• phone number;
• e-mail address (optional);
• message text.

Your IP address and submission time are recorded together with the request — this is needed to prevent automated spam.

3. Why we do it

The only purpose is to answer your enquiry: send a quotation, clarify technical details, arrange a meeting. We do not use this data for mailing lists and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept in the company mailbox for as long as work on your request continues, and up to 3 years after the last contact. You may ask us to delete your data earlier.

6. Recipients

Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except where required by law. Technically it passes through the site's hosting provider and the company's e-mail provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold, to request its correction or erasure, and to withdraw your consent. Write to info@plazer.ua — we reply within 30 days.
